You have not even addressed the worst part of a home… the garage! I went into mine a few days ago and just now found my way out. If only your article had something on the garage, I would never have gone into mine! Who saves hand prints in clay anyway?

Yikes! I recently became unemployed, but comforted myself with the thought that I would get time to relax. Since reading your article, however, I’m cowering in my home, afraid to move for fear of being fearsomely injured by the dangers that lurk within.

Your list missed my particular nemeses: Closet Monsters. Obviously, you haven’t been off work and home long enough to hear them. You will, though, you WILL! (bwa-haa-haa!)See a passable description of them at:

Every couple of years somebody is hit by a car whilst sleeping in bed — this is TRUE. What usually happens is a car skids off a road at night and plows into the side of somebody’s house. In one case the slumberer wound up in his backyard. He should have been wearing a helmet like a bike rider.

Liquor cabinet, stay away from this at night or you might drink yourself to death worried about those awful plastic bags that are causing global warming. If it were not for our all ‘nanny’ Mayor of Seattle, we might just die with a stupor on our face!
