I think we should now wake up and shut down EVERYTHING! Outlaw autos, and the hated pickup truck, electricity generation, wood burning, coal burning, and any other awful carbon emitting devices. This flooding is caused by CLIMATE CHANGE BROUGHT ABOUT BY GLOBAL WARMING CAUSED BY CO2 EMISSIONS!
The only exception I would make is the US Postal Service vehicles. Why? So they can bring me my Obama “Spread Around Check and my free suicide needle from the Gregoire Administration.
